Open House 2008
On Thursday through Saturday, April 17-19, the university will welcome thousands of admitted students and their families, as well as alumni, community members, faculty, staff and current students, for the 14th annual Open House. Open House is a campus-wide event showcasing all the university has to offer. This year's theme is "Destination: Cal Poly."
Thursday features Club Preview Night at Farmers' Market in downtown San Luis Obispo. Friday is Admitted Students' Preview Day; all conditionally admitted students are invited to explore their colleges and departments and meet future professors and fellow students. Saturday is Open House for everyone to join the campus community for a day of exciting activities, including the morning Poly Royal parade, student club showcase, children's carnival, Poly Royal Rodeo, tractor pull, and Poly Canyon Design Village tours.
