Permutation Patterns 2011

The ninth conference on permutation patterns, PP2011, was be held at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo during the week of June 20-24th, 2011. There were over 45 participants for a program of 32 research talks. Two hour long plenary talks were delivered by Igor Pak and Jeff Remmel. The slides from each talk given on a computer can also be found on the program page.

The Permutation Patterns 2011 Proceedings will be published as a special issue of the journal Pure Mathematics and Applications, with guest editors Luca Ferrari and Jeffrey Liese.

To submit a paper to the proceedings, please send it as a pdf file to Jeffrey Liese at jliese@calpoly.edu. Papers submitted for this special issue will be refereed by two anonymous referees, according to the usual standards of PuMA. The deadline for submissions is February 13th, 2012.
